Air-Fried Dumplings or Mandu with Gochujang Mayo

Deliciously crispy air-fried dumplings paired with gochujang mayo! I only recently discovered the wonders of an air-fryer and low how it gets food crisp with minimal oil.

  • 7-8 pieces frozen dumplings of choice I used Korean vegetable mandu from the brand Wang
  • Oil for brushing/spraying



  • You can opt to preheat your air fryer but I skipped this step. I use a 4.5L air fryer.
  • Place the frozen dumplings in your air fryer basket. Spray/brush with oil.
  • Air-fry your frozen dumplings at 200C for 10 minutes and the remaining 5 minutes at 150C. You can also flip your dumplings halfway through cooking or shake it around the air-fryer basket.
  • Meanwhile, prepare the mayo. Simply mix and feel free to adjust to your taste!!
  • If your dumplings are still lacking that golden brown exterior, you can leave it on for another 3-5 minutes at 150 C.
  • Note: Cooking time and heat can vary depending on your air fryer of course.
  • Serve and enjoy your dumplings with the gochujang mayo or a dipping sauce of choice!
