Air-Fried Dumplings or Mandu with Gochujang Mayo
Deliciously crispy air-fried dumplings paired with gochujang mayo! I only recently discovered the wonders of an air-fryer and low how it gets food crisp with minimal oil.
- 7-8 pieces frozen dumplings of choice I used Korean vegetable mandu from the brand Wang
- Oil for brushing/spraying
You can opt to preheat your air fryer but I skipped this step. I use a 4.5L air fryer.
Place the frozen dumplings in your air fryer basket. Spray/brush with oil.
Air-fry your frozen dumplings at 200C for 10 minutes and the remaining 5 minutes at 150C. You can also flip your dumplings halfway through cooking or shake it around the air-fryer basket.
Meanwhile, prepare the mayo. Simply mix and feel free to adjust to your taste!!
If your dumplings are still lacking that golden brown exterior, you can leave it on for another 3-5 minutes at 150 C.
Note: Cooking time and heat can vary depending on your air fryer of course.
Serve and enjoy your dumplings with the gochujang mayo or a dipping sauce of choice!
