NOODLES AND RICE

I love noodles and use these in a lot of my recipes. It really depends on the type of recipe and the noodles called for, but these noodles differ in textures and thickness. Rice noodles are great if you’re looking for a gluten-free alternative!

For the rice, you’ll find glutinous rice, that I love to use for sticky rice dishes and short grain rice or sushi rice, that I love to eat for regular meals.
