This cookbook is filled with all new Vegan Asian recipes (apart from a few of my favourites that were too good not to include) and most of which are vegan versions of my childhood favourites and those I've had during my travels. From iconic Thai dishes, restaurant-style Chinese food, to piping-hot Japanese fare and everything in between, the recipes in this will take your palate on a delicious food trip across Asia, and hopefully keep you coming back for more!
There is also a whole chapter just for noodles and rice, and another one just for tofu since these are probably my favourite ingredients to cook with and use a lot of in my recipes in general. 🥢
