I rounded up 10 of my favourite noodle recipes from 2020, and wanted to do another one–for tofu!
Probably the 2 main ingredients I cook with and share most on this vegan blog of mine are noodles and tofu so I really wanted to round up 10 of my favourite tofu recipes too AND IT WAS TOUGH! ? but here we go:
1. Nori-Wrapped Tofu in a Spicy Sauce

4. Easy Braised Tofu
