A small bowl with dumpling or pancake dipping sauce

A REALLY VERSATILE DIPPING SAUCE

This dipping sauce is perfect of Korean pancakes or jeon such as Pajeon (green onion pancakes) and Kimchi Jeon (kimchi pancakes). It's also a delicious dumpling sauce that's perfect for potstickers. It's easily adjustable so feel free to adjust the measurements according to your desired taste!

This pancake and dumpling dipping sauce is a good balance of savoury, sour, and a little bit of sweetness.

Of course you can opt to make it sweeter or more sour--it's really up to you?

WHAT TO ENJOY YOUR DIPPING SAUCE WITH BESIDES DUMPLINGS?

These are just some of my personal favouring dishes to enjoy with a good dipping sauce. This sauce is really versatile and pairs so well with other dishes.

Below is a photo of my favourite Kimchi Pancakes or Kimchi Jeon! These pancakes are already delicious as is but the dipping sauces really levels it up, in my opinion!

This is a plate of Pajeon (Korean Scallion Pancakes), that are best enjoyed with the sauce. These actually feel really plain without the sauce, so it's a must-have for this dish.

An of course, some Crispy Bottom Potstickers! Because what are dumplings with a good sauce, right? I love to soak my dumplings in the sauce after cooking for the best flavour.

Really good for using up any veggie leftovers you have on hand. I used a wild mix of carrot, kale, scallions, onions, sweetpotato, This is easy and filling and so good especially with the dipping sauce, and vegetarian and vegan too. My vegetarian part Korean Son in law liked it.
